Kyle Carnes is the designated pastor, serving for a particular piece of time to wonder again about how we do church in general, but specifically here at the United Church of Wayland. Kyle was ordained in the United Church of Christ in 2009. Kyle believes the gospel is about love, grace, original goodness, and the movement of the spirit. Nothing exists outside God's love.

 

Kyle is a husband to Jamie, and together they have four children. They own and operate an event design and rental business out of Grand Rapids and Grand Blanc, Michigan. Kyle is an epicurean hobbyist, prefers to be traveling, or canoeing the rivers of Michigan with friends in his aluminum canoe.
